Tutto di grande qualità, gestione familiare. Sfornano dolci e leccornie di ogni tipo e di grande qualità. Le torte semifreddo sono state una scoperta che mi costringerà a tornare anche il prossimo anno!!!! B	Beppe MORE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pasticceria scoperta per puro caso mentre sostavo un attimo a Salve, mi ha incuriosito la loro insegna, sono entrato e l'istinto mi ha premiato ed ho acquistato degli eccellenti pasticciotti, superlativo quello alla crema di limone, strabuono quello ai fichi e ricotta, un po' meno quello ricotta e pera(forse c'è da sistemare qualcosa nelle consistenze e aromi del ripieno). Spero tanto di poterci ritornare prima di andare via e fare il pieno del vasto assortimento di pasticciotti presente. Per quanto mi riguarda, i loro pasticciotti non hanno nulla da invidiare alla nota catena salentina e alla più famosa pasticceria di Torre dell'Orso. Unica pecca spesso riscontrata è che il personale specialmente i titolari sono disponibili, ma quasi sempre poco sorridenti e dall'apparenza un po' altezzosa.. ultimamente ad esempio, ci è stato comunicato il costo di una torta d'asporto molto conveniente..un po'troppo conveniente .. abbiamo quindi chiesto conferma e ci è stato confermato il tutto..abbiamo richiamato per prenotarla, risponde una ragazza, infastidita dal fatto che chiamassimo con bar pieno.. ci siamo proposti di ritelefonare più tardi e lei scocciata ha chiesto cosa volessimo dicendo che il costo non era quello che ci era stato comunicato, alzando il tono ha detto: "allora il collega si è sbagliato!!" In generale ci si scusa ..di certo non si risponde così! Se l'educazione non è il proprio forte almeno un approccio più professionale nei confronti di chi acquista un tuo prodotto ce lo si aspetta.. Tutto questo ovviamente non influisce sulla qualità dei prodotti né vuole essere troppo oggetto di polemica.. È semplicemente una critica che vuole far riflettere che la vendita di un buon prodotto deve sempre essere accompagnata da fattori come professionalità, cordialità ed educazione... Dovevo scegliere una torta per un'occasione speciale e ho scelto questa dopo il confronto con altre pasticcerie della zona... Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta! Anche il personale è cordiale e disponibile e aiuta nella scelta dei dolci. Vasta scelta :) .
