Ho conosciuto il negozio su google perchè cercavo delle scarpe di un particolare marchio. Ho acquistato un paio di decolletè ma purtroppo il numero era troppo grande, la signora con la quale ho parlato sia telefonicamente che per e-mail è stata disponibilissima nel darmi alcune dritte su come indossare la decolletè e nel momento in cui ho dovuto chiedere il reso è stata disponibilissima nel mandarmi in sostituzione un paio di scarpe di mezzo numero in meno. Differentemente da altri negozi mi hanno consegnato il nuovo paio di scarpe nella stessa giornata di consegna del reso. E' una modalità che ho apprezzato molto perchè mi ha evitato di aspettare ulteriori giorni. Purtroppo però anche il secondo paio di scarpe non è andato bene e ho dovuto restiturlo. Le decolletè erano bellissime,di qualità e il negozio attento, veloce e preciso nella spedizione. Il rimborso mi è stato dato subito.
