Dopo averli indossati soltanto due volte si è rotto il contrafforte dello stivale sinistro e non sono più riuscita a infilarlo. Li ho mandati indietro e mi avevano garantito che avrebbero sostituito gli stivali con un paio nuovo o avrebbero effettuato il rimborso. Invece, dopo vari giorni di attesa, mi hanno fatto sapere che l'azienda di produzione riteneva che non ci fosse un difetto di produzione e che fossi stata io a rompere il contrafforte. Dopo circa due settimane mi hanno rimandato gli stivali aggiustati, sebbene io avessi espressamente chiesto un rimborso. Sono riuscita a portarli per circa un mese, anche se si infilavano a fatica nonostante il numero fosse giusto. Oggi si è nuovamente rotto il contrafforte dello stivale sinistro, sempre il solito! Sono furiosa! È una vergogna che stivali che costano più di 300 euro siano di qualità tanto scarsa! E mi sono sentita presa in giro dal rivenditore che mi aveva promesso un rimborso e poi ha cambiato le carte in tavola! Sconsigliatissimi!!! Bad experience! It is a shame that boots costing more than 300 euros are of such poor quality! And I felt made fun of by the dealer who promised me a refund and then changed the cards! Not recommended !!!
