★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno cose carine a buon prezzo e probabilmente avrei acquistato tutto per ristrutturare il mio bagno, peccato che facciano scappare i clienti dicendo loro che non possono perdere tempo a fare un preventivo (dopo aver scelto tutto in 20 minuti)MA!!!!!Se secondo loro questo vuol dire essere un bravo venditore vuol dire che anni di esperienza di vendita non ho capito nulla!!!Sono riusciti a perdere un cliente che già aveva deciso di comprare ma voleva semplicemente un preventivo, se io fossi il suo titolare lo avrei licenziato in un nano secondo.
 They have nice things at a good price and I probably would have bought everything to refurbish my bathroom, too bad they make customers run away by telling them they can't waste time making a quote (after choosing everything in 20 minutes) BUT !!!!! according to them this means being a good seller it means that years of sales experience I have not understood anything !!! They managed to lose a customer who had already decided to buy but simply wanted a quote, if I were its owner I would have it fired in a nano second.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio ben fornito con vasta scelta di piastrelle sia per pavimenti, rivestimenti ed esterni. Ampia scelta anche di mobili per bagno specchi, box doccia, vasche da bagno e piatti doccia. Carenti per quanto riguarda i sanitari.
Shop well stocked with a wide selection of tiles for both floors, walls and exteriors. There is also a wide selection of bathroom mirrors, shower stalls, bathtubs and shower trays. Inadequate with regard to health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insoddisfatto. Ci hanno dato un orario di consegna che non è stato assolutamente rispettato in quanto l'ordine dalle 9 come orario previsto è stato consegnato a Ragusa alle 13 e 30. Avevamo dato appuntamento
ai muratorii e idraulici alle 9. Dunque quest'ultimi sono stati ad aspettare che arrivasse la merce per più di 5 ore. Ho dovuto pagare lo stesso tutti. Malgrado le nostre rimostranze il responsabile o chi per lui si è assicurato solo dell'avvenuto pagamento della merce disinteressandosi totalmente del disservizio causato da loro. Consiglio loro in futuro di assicurarsi principalmente della soddisfazione del cliente e non della loro. Il commercio ha una regola ben precisa che il cliente ha sempre ragione e in questo caso è stato l'opposto.

I advise them in the future to ensure primarily customer satisfaction and not theirs. Commerce has a very specific rule that the customer is always right and in this case it was the opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse dare meno di una stella lo avrei fatto, merce scadente e difettosa e se per caso hai bisogno di riparare nessuno ne vuole sapere perché non riescono a vedere difetti. Addetti alla vendita falsi, peccato esserci stata quella volta!
If you could give less than one star I would have done it, shoddy and defective merchandise and if by any chance you need to repair no one wants to know because they can't see any defects. Fake salespeople, too bad we were there that time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il materiale sembra buono all'apparenza,ma poi arriva con gli imballi deteriorati perché vengono tenuti in depositi all'aperto. Mattoni e zoccoletti non corrispondono alle misure ,ho preso entrambi abbinati da 45 cm perché li vendevano insieme ma le misure erano diverse. inoltre molti mattoni erano bombati nel centro oltre ai tanti scheggiato. Io certamente non ci andrò più. Voi fate come vi pare.
The material looks good on the surface, but then comes with the deteriorated packaging because it is kept in outdoor storage. Bricks and baseboards do not match the measurements, I took both 45 cm combined because they sold them together but the measurements were different. also many bricks were rounded in the center in addition to many chipped. I certainly won't go there anymore. You do as you please.
