L'assistente alla poltrona esce e chiede a qui il turno. Si precipita una paziente arrivata 10 mn fa. Chiedo gentilmente a l'assistente a qui è il turno perché abbiamo un appuntamento di già mezzora fa. Mi risponde di aspettare. Finito l'appuntamento della paziente, lui chiedo a quel orario aveva prenotato, mi dice che l'hanno inserita al stesso orario di me. Ovviamente nessuna scusa della paziente per passare in forzatura consapevolmente né dall'assistente. A questo punto mi sonno andata perché è un modo inappropriato di trattare i suoi clienti. Che bella perdita di tempo e presa in giro. Appointment taken over a month ago for two children. We arrive on time. We wait half an hour for the appointment.
