Ha una scelta pazzesca, dagli hamburger a tutti preparati come polpettone brasati straccetti bombette, i quali vanno semplicemente infornati se non avete tempo. Qualità della carne veramente eccellente e soprattutto faccio una menzione speciale a Gianfranco che con la sua cortesia e competenza ha reso i miei arrosti un successo.
This butcher is absolutely in the top 3 of Matera.
It has a crazy choice, from hamburgers to all prepared as braised meatloaf straccetti bombette, which simply go into the oven if you don't have time. Really excellent quality of meat and above all I make a special mention to Gianfranco who with his courtesy and competence has made my roasts a success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi servo in questa macelleria da diversi anni (credo almeno 10 ) e posso dire che da sempre viaggia su uno standard qualitativo inarrivabile.
La carne è di prima qualità così come i "preparati" che spesso risolvono una cena all'ultimo minuto.Polpettoni e polpette , rolle' e spiedini di tutti i tipi di carne (sia bianca che rossa) conditi nei vari condimenti
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

I have been serving in this butcher's shop for several years (I think at least 10) and I can say that it has always traveled on an unattainable quality standard.
The meat is of first quality as well as the "preparations" that often solve a dinner at the last minute.
Excellent value for money.
