Siamo entrate con una mia amica per farci una piega ed il responsabile è stato scorbutico e non ci ha voluto servire dicendo in maniera antipatica che aveva altre prenotazioni. Non ci torneremo più per il suo modo è non per il fatto che aveva prenotazioni VACUUM living room. We went in with one of mine friend to make a turn and the manager was grumpy and did not want to serve us saying in an unpleasant way that he had other reservations. Il prezzo pagato per taglio e shampoo a 18,00 euro mi è sembrato un tantino elevato. Personale gentile ma poco allegro. Credo che è un loro obbligo rilasciare la ricevuta, ma col pagamento in contanti non è successo. Non voglio essere io a richiedere la ricevuta, per questo motivo non sono sicuro di tornarci e per la stessa ragione ho dato tre stelle. It was my first time that I entered "Capellimania" and all in all I received a decent service. The price paid for hair and shampoo at € 18.00 seemed a bit high to me. Friendly but not very cheerful staff. I think it is their obligation to issue the receipt, but with the cash payment it did not happen. I don't want to be the one to request the receipt, for this reason I'm not sure to go back and for the same reason I gave it three stars.

Karol: dolcissima ragazza che fa una piega decisa e duratura. Federico: lo definirei un CUT-STILYST mi ha fatto un taglio spettacolare che mi ha permesso di riavere il mio riccio. Paola: bravissima nella consulenza del colore e non solo e mi ha fatto un balayage da INVDIA. Io abito a Milano ma quando tornerò a Catania sarà tappa fissa. Una squadra vincente! BRAVISSIMI!!!!!!!! The first time I booked an appointment for a crease at this salon it was only for convenience of place and time, from the second time on it was instead because I found myself GOOD for kindness, professionalism and sympathy. Karol: very sweet girl who takes a firm and lasting turn. Federico: I would call it a CUT-STILYST it made me a spectacular cut that allowed me to get my hedgehog back. Paola: very good in color consultancy and more and she gave me a balayage at INVDIA. I live in Milan but when I return to Catania it will be a fixed stop. A winning team! VERY GOOD !!!!!!!!
