Hanno insistito per aggiungere lo shampoo ed ho acconsentito perché mi rendo conto che gli avrebbe facilitato il lavoro, ma hanno fatto lo stesso insistendo piú e più volte per la piega che, appunto, non mi serviva. Martino é un professionista, si nota l´esperienza ed é stato bravo col taglio, sono soddisfatta. Ma provo ancora quella sensazione sgradevole di aver pagato un trattamento che avevo espressamente comunicato di non volere. Mi é stato effettuato lo sconto studenti, dopo aver fatto presente il mio status. Io, mia madre e mia sorella stiamo in cercando da tempo un salone con personale onesto e chiaro sui prezzi e sui servizi e pensavo di aver trovato Martino, ma effettivamente non so se torneró: la qualitá é buona, ma quel dettaglio dell´insistenza per l´acquisto del servizio non richiesto (anzi, contrariata espressamente) mi ha fatto sentire a disagio, tuttora. Me, my mother and my sister have been looking for a long time for a salon with honest and clear staff on prices and services and I thought I had found Martino, but actually I don't know if I will come back: the quality is good, but that detail of the insistence on the purchase of the unsolicited service (indeed, expressly opposed) made me feel uncomfortable, still today.
