Quello che trovo poco serio è vendere prodotti senza la loro confezione, cosa che per altro dimuisce il valore di ciò che si acquista (di per sé non sarebbe un problema, basterebbe scriverlo nell'inserzione in maniera che uno possa valutare se acquistare ugualmente o rivolgersi altrove, magari se state facendo un regalo, e non scoprirlo all'arrivo del corriere). Così come spedire abbigliamento direttamente dentro il sacco del corriere senza nemmeno chiuderlo in una busta non lo trovo il massimo. Ho spiegato loro la questione qualche giorno fa sperando che adeguassero le inserzioni, invece no.. Se tutto ciò vi sta bene ok, io personalmente non tornerò a fare acquisti qui.

I explained the matter to them a few days ago hoping they would adjust the ads, but no .. If all this suits you ok, I personally will not go back to shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei capi acquistati dopo il primo lavaggio (15 giorni dopo l'acquisto) si è completamente scucito, può succedere che sia difettoso, ma rispondermi che essendo stato lavato non possono fare nulla é sintomo di pochissima attenzione verso il cliente. Sto ancora aspettando che si ricreano e mi offrano una suzione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto problemi con la ricezione del pacco. Dopo averlo segnalato si sono adoperati per rispedirmi un nuovo pacco poiché il primo era andato smarrito. Capi arrivati il giorno seguente, confezionati ed originali.
Tornerò a ricomprare da loro.
