Praticamente se mangi un primo e un secondo con mezza di acqua naturale te ne fai x 36-37€ euro a testa. Presentazione dei piatti normalissima con stile self service.. Assolutamente fuori luogo x il posto.. Hotel 4stelle, ristorante da 2.. Mi spiace ma in Italia questi prezzi con quel livello di presentazione e servizio non è accettabile.. Personale gentile e disponibile, ma questo non basta. X 35-40€ euro a persona si trova molto di meglio... Un vero peccato ? Prices not available ... 14 € for a very normal plate of pasta ... Basically if you eat a first and second course with half of natural water you make it x € 36-37 per person. Normal presentation of dishes with self-service style. Absolutely out of place for the place .. 4-star hotel, restaurant for 2 .. I'm sorry but in Italy these prices with that level of presentation and service is not acceptable .. Friendly and helpful staff, but that's not enough. X € 35-40 per person is much better ... A real shame ?

Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente con il mio fidanzato. Lo Consiglio! First time here at the Novotel in Genoa. A little expensive dishes, but they are worth the price, because most of the food is prepared here. The staff is very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back with my fiance. I advise!

Non si direbbe di essere nel ristorante di un hotel, considerata l'elevata qualità del cibo, preparato con grande maestria dallo Chef, abbinato all'impeccabile servizio gestito da Mr. Gaetano che dirige lo staff con grande professionalità e simpatia per coccolare tutti i clienti. Nota particolare per Mrs. Chiara che al mattino illumina la sala colazione con il suo sorriso, facendo splendere il sole anche nelle giornate più uggiose. Equilibrato anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. In una parola: consigliatissimo. Great! You wouldn't think you are in a hotel restaurant, given the high quality of the food, prepared with great skill by the Chef, combined with the impeccable service managed by Mr. Gaetano who directs the staff with great professionalism and sympathy to pamper all customers. . Particular note for Mrs. Chiara who in the morning lights up the breakfast room with her smile, making the sun shine even on the dullest days. The quality / price ratio is also balanced. In one word: highly recommended.
