L	Luigi Crema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo tanti anni che passo di qui è ora di dare il mio contributo. Direi la mia cantina sociale preferita per i vini sfusi. La barberona da 14, imbottigliata, e lasciata in cantina 3/5 anni è un vino favoloso. Il grignolino è forse la nota caratteristica, veramente un gran vino, lo bevo giovane. Hanno due bianchi, cortese e chardonnay, e altre barbera. Sempre gentili, tante etichette interessanti, incluso un barbera chinato (che con molta onestà mi dissero essere da loro solo etichettato, ma prodotto a pochi km di distanza da terzi) che ho spesso regalato. Hanno pochissime cose barricate - per me sintomo di serietà, perché il vino non deve sapere di truccioli, ma hanno dei bei vini superiori affinati in acciaio (ottima barbera). Sul dolcetto sono di parte perché preferisco quello di Ovada, quindi non mi pronuncio. Molto disponibili con assaggi e snackini, quando prendo tanto vino mi arriva sempre un grande sconto, e se voglio prendere un bottiglione da 1.5 litri e non da 10 non fanno gli schizzinosi. Sarebbe 6 stelle, ma posso darne 5 :) After so many years that I pass here, it is time to give my contribution. I would say my favorite social cellar for bulk wines. The 14 barberona, bottled and left in the cellar for 3/5 years, is a fabulous wine. Grignolino is perhaps the characteristic note, truly a great wine, I drink it young. They have two whites, cortese and chardonnay, and other barbera. Always kind, many interesting labels, including a barbera chinato (which with great honesty they told me was only labeled by them, but produced a few kilometers away from third parties) that I have often given away. They have very few barricaded things - for me a symptom of seriousness, because the wine must not taste of wood chips, but they have beautiful superior wines aged in steel (excellent barbera). I am biased on the dessert because I prefer Ovada's, so I won't say anything. Very helpful with tastings and snacks, when I take a lot of wine I always get a big discount, and if I want to take a 1.5 liter bottle and not a 10 one they are not picky. It would be 6 stars, but I can give 5 :)

Dalla "regina" Barbera passando per il Dolcetto, Grignolino, Freisa e i bianchi Chardonnay e Cortese. Non mancano diverse tipi di Grappe e alcuni prodotti del territorio, dai funghi agli amaretti. Si possono acquistare tutti i vini a disposizione in bottiglia oppure una scelta al minuto con le famose "pompe" del vino. Sono disponibili i box da 5/10 litri con il comodo rubinetto. Da provare. Questa sera poi con l ' evento MONFREEDOM una degustazione che profuma di " corso" conoscitivo del vino , rilascio del passaporto del gusto per un excursus a 360 sulle bollicine. Tra tutti gli ottimi vini un METODO CLASSICO 120 medi indimenticabile . Consigliata. Always wonderful experiential moments. Tonight then with the MONFREEDOM event a tasting that smells of a cognitive "course" of wine, release of the taste passport for a 360 excursus on bubbles.
