Il colore era pressoché inalterato, rosso porpora con riflessi granati, ma presentava dei difetti evidenti, odori e sapori derivanti da composti solforati, sicuramente per l'eccessivo utilizzo di anidride solforosa, vista l'annata 2018 che ha compromesso la materia prima per diversi fattori, biotici ed abiotici. Odore pungente e sapore amarognolo molto sgradevole. Dispiace il fatto che una cooperativa così rinomata non abbia cura di garantire la qualità e la serbevolezza del proprio prodotto. Pungent smell and bitter taste very unpleasant. We regret the fact that such a well-known cooperative does not take care to guarantee the quality and durability of its product.

Un plauso speciale a Luigi che in poco tempo ha saputo raccontarmi i vini e le loro storie. Io ho comprato solo qualche bottiglia di vino che mi gusterò a casa con ancora in mente le caratteristiche da ricercare. Ho lasciato " Le due palme " con un assaggio di rosè veramente ottimo… bravi ??? Guys what a show !!! I found it by chance on the way back from vacation ... the place is very clean, very modern and offers 360º the wines produced. A special praise to Luigi who in a short time was able to tell me about the wines and their stories. I only bought a few bottles of wine that I will taste at home with the characteristics to look for still in mind. I left "The two palms" with a really good taste of rosé ... good ???

Molto caro e scarsa disponibilità ad assaggiare i vini nelle loro cantine. Sconsigliato! In vacanza è solo tempo perso in questo posto! E’ giusto un vino da supermercato ma con un prezzo elevato ( il vino in cartone è decisamente migliore di questo) One of the worst wines ever drunk, they amaze positive reviews ... but have you ever drunk this wine before writing? Very expensive and not very willing to taste the wines in their cellars. Not recommended! On vacation it's just lost time in this place! It is just a supermarket wine but with a high price (cardboard wine is much better than this)

Die Begleitung durch Enologo war hervorragend. We have a comprehensive tour through the production, followed by an extensive tasting that included more than just 3 planned wines. The support from Enologo was excellent.
