Merita sicuramente una visita se sei appassionato di vino; i locali cantina hanno diversi secoli e sono state scavate nel tufo. Cellar for tasting the wines of their production, Aglianico del Vulture; the place has been studied in detail, the staff is prepared and kind, the wine is good. Definitely worth a visit if you are passionate about wine; the cellar rooms are several centuries old and have been dug out of the tuff.

Il team delle Cantine Del Notaio propone una visita nelle grotte in cui è presente la storia non solo delle cantine in sé, ma anche e soprattutto del territorio in cui si sviluppano, culminando in una degustazione di una selezione di vini che rispecchia totalmente quanto visto nelle grotte e che lascia davvero il segno. Curiosa e divertente la scelta dei nomi dei vini, che richiamano elementi tipici degli atti notarili. Accoglienza e professionalità, passione e conoscenza. Very interesting and suggestive experience! La sua bravuta e professionalità ci hanno fatto scoprire un mondo davvero ricco, a partire dalla fondazione delle cantine, a cm degustare un buon vino e riconoscere la stagionatura, abbiamo assaporato prodotti tipici locali e visitato le cantine, luogo in cui il lavoro e la storia prendono vita. But their tasting room and aging cellar definitely highlight the tasting experience, and shouldn't be missed. I won't ruin the surprise -just go, and enjoy the experience!
