Noi diamo la preferenza ai vini "sfusi", non adatti all'invecchiamento però ottimi per accompagnare i pasti di tutti i giorni, sono senza solfiti. Si possono trovare anche altri prodotti alimentari della tradizione italiana, prodotti di "nicchia"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penso di aver provato tutte le cantine della zona. Alla fine mi sono fidelizzato a loro. Lo vedi quando qualcuno un lavoro lo fa per passione e sa cosa consigliarti. La mia prima esperienza fu quando chiesi un consiglio per una grigliata. Mi proposero un rosso leggero che fu gradito tutta la tavolata.
Naturalmente non andateci se per voi il prezzo medio deve essere 1€ a bottiglia e, attenzione, quelli alla spina sono vini senza solfiti, quindi non potete tenerli troppo tempo in casa ad invecchiare..
I think I have tried all the wineries in the area. In the end I became loyal to them. You see it when someone does a job out of passion and knows what to recommend. My first experience was when I asked for advice for a barbecue. They offered me a light red which was appreciated throughout the table.
Of course, don't go if the average price for you must be € 1 per bottle and, be careful, the draft ones are wines without sulphites, so you can't keep them too long at home to age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi vien da piangere se penso a quanti soldi abbia buttato sino ad oggi nel bere pessimi vini, costosi e molto spesso anche blasonati. Cantine del Cerro è stata una vera e propria rivelazione, passione, professionalità e rapporto qualità prezzo insuperabile. Consigliato per ogni palato, anche per quello più esigente ed "indottrinato". Andate a trovarli perché non ve ne pentirete. Mi spiace solo di non averli scoperti prima.
I feel like crying when I think about how much money he has wasted up to now in drinking bad wines, expensive and very often even noble ones. Cantine del Cerro was a real revelation, passion, professionalism and unsurpassed value for money. Recommended for every palate, even the most demanding and "indoctrinated". Go and find them because you will not regret it. I'm just sorry I didn't find them sooner.
