L’ambiente curato ed elegante, la gentilezza del proprietario e l’attenzione ai particolari hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole! Da non perdere l’esperienza di una cena al ristorante: ottima cucina con piatti a base di pesce freschissimo. I vini della cantina meritano di certo un assaggio, magari con l’occasione di un aperitivo sulla splendida terrazza o a bordo piscina! We stayed overnight in this wine resort for 6 days and we will definitely be back. The refined and elegant environment, the kindness of the owner and the attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable! Do not miss the experience of a dinner at the restaurant: excellent cuisine with dishes based on very fresh fish. The wines from the cellar certainly deserve a taste, perhaps with the occasion of an aperitif on the beautiful terrace or by the pool!

Durante una permanenza a Cirò Marina abbiamo scoperto per caso questa location suggestiva e abbiamo deciso di fermarci per pranzo. Dopo la giornata in piscina siamo rimasti per cena e poi due notti. Un’oasi di paradiso. Location suggestiva che ricorda una masseria. Aprire la tenda della camera e trovarsi tra il verde del territorio, il celeste della piscina e il bianco delle mura la rende favolosa. Durante la notte, illuminata, è anche più bella. Degno di nota è anche la cortesia dei titolari e di tutto il personale. A pleasant and enchanting discovery. During a stay in Cirò Marina we discovered this suggestive location by chance and decided to stop for lunch. After the day at the pool we stayed for dinner and then two nights. An oasis of paradise. Suggestive location reminiscent of a farm. Opening the curtain of the room and being between the green of the territory, the blue of the swimming pool and the white of the walls makes it fabulous. During the night, when illuminated, it is even more beautiful. Noteworthy is also the courtesy of the owners and all the staff.

Delle tante cantine presenti ho scelto di visitare De Mare, pur non avendo precedentemente assaggiato i suoi vini. Lo confesso, sono stato incuriosito da quanto letto anche sul sito web e convinto che chi investe come De Mare non possa puntare che al meglio. La sala degustazione è pulitissima nelle linee ed accogliente, anche con due divani. Purtroppo il "Tempo reale" non era disponibile, causa movimentazioni tra magazzini, ma non si può dire che "Altura" sia stato un ripiego, affatto, mi è piaciuto molto più che altri Ciró Riserva famosi e premiati assaggiati in questi giorni. I Rosè, per me che non sono un intenditore, li ho visti sempre come ibridi senza senso. Il "Prima luce" è stata una rivelazione, immediato e riconoscibile l'agrumato, che poi si ammorbidisce e resta sullo sfondo. Ho preso anche una cassetta di "Camelia" rosè per offrirla negli aperitivi con gli amici in alternativa al solito prosecco preferito (Bortolomiol). Non so quando tornerò in Calabria, ma so di poter contare su spedizioni via corriere per ordinare il Tempo reale" che non ho trovato. Per i curiosi come me, sarebbe essenziale che chiunque riceva gli acquirenti in sala degustazione fosse più che "staffato" sulle tecniche di produzione, e accompagnatore nel percorso sensoriale dell'assaggio. Of the many wineries present, I chose to visit De Mare, despite not having previously tasted its wines. I confess, I was intrigued by what I also read on the website and convinced that those who invest like De Mare can only aim for the best. The tasting room is very clean in lines and welcoming, even with two sofas. Unfortunately "Tempo Reale" was not available, due to movements between warehouses, but it cannot be said that "Altura" was a fallback, at all, I liked it much more than other famous and award-winning Ciró Riserva tasted in these days. The Rosè, for me who am not a connoisseur, I have always seen them as senseless hybrids. The "First light" was a revelation, immediate and recognizable citrus, which then softens and remains in the background. I also took a box of "Camelia" rosé to offer it in aperitifs with friends as an alternative to the usual favorite prosecco (Bortolomiol). I don't know when I'll be back in Calabria, but I know I can count on courier shipments to order real time "which I haven't found. For the curious like me, it would be essential that anyone who receives buyers in the tasting room was more than "staffed" on production techniques, and accompanying the sensory journey of tasting.
C	Claudio Forte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima esperienza, i titolari personalmente ci hanno fatto fare il giro del resort ...e visitare le cantine mentre si vendemmiava e naturalmente facendoci assaggiare il loro mosto/ vino direttamente dalle botti. Beautiful experience, the owners personally took us around the resort ... and visit the cellars while harvesting and of course letting us taste their must / wine directly from the barrels.

Ubicato nella terra del Gaglioppo... Servizi variegati ( spa su tutte) ristorazione di altissimo livello...vini bianchi eccezionali( Madonna barricato e Pecorello Matto spiccano per profumi e sapidità ).. splendida cornice per eventi o cerimonie... Consigliatissimo... Ci ritornerò in estate sfruttando la piscina e la posizione strategica vicino al mare? Anche se aperto da poco con qualche piccolo problema che si può risolvere, ne vale andare in questo luogo con una bella atmosfera accogliente che richiama proprio la zona del suo buon vino. Camere buone e ottimo cibo, ma soprattutto sua maestà il vino Cantine De Mare. For a small holiday in a quiet environment. Centro benessere dotato di tutti i comfort (vasca idromassaggio, cromoterapia, sauna, vinoterapia e tisana rilassante o un buon bicchiere di vino), aperitivo in camera, cena squisita a base di carne o pesce a scelta, sempre accompagnato dal vino squisito delle cantine De Mare; prima colazione in camera. Siamo state trattate da vere principesse. Camera pulitissima e confortevole, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Prima di andare abbiamo preso una bottiglia del vino della cantina (non si può andare a Cirò Marina e tornare senza una bottiglia!). I spent a weekend in this structure to relax, and I come out regenerated. Before going we took a bottle of wine from the cellar (you can't go to Cirò Marina and come back without a bottle!).
