Ho trovato sempre la stessa signora e sembra diate fastidio, ad andare là a fare compere. Good product quality, but I am forced to give only 2 stars to the absolutely unfriendly staff. I've always found the same lady and it seems to bother you, to go shopping there.

A	Alessio Giust on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per essere una grande cantina l'accoglienza al pubblico è piuttosto scarsa e consiglio altre realtà tipo la cantina Ca Baradei decisamente molto meglio fornita, professionale ed ospitale (e con prezzi molto più competitivo e scelta/qualità prodotti ottimale!) To be a large winery, the reception to the public is rather poor and I recommend other realities such as the Ca Baradei winery much better equipped, professional and hospitable (and with much more competitive prices and optimal choice / quality products!)

Dipendenti del genere andrebbero licenziati subito. Risultato: un cliente perso e pessima pubblicità. Poco ma sicuro. Discreet wines. Bad service: dislike and rudeness reign sovereign. It seems that they are a pleasure to serve you and annoy you. Employees of this kind should be dismissed immediately. Result: a lost customer and bad publicity. Little but sure.

A parte questo, vino decoroso e prezzi corretti. Tutti motivi sufficienti per rivolgersi a qualche altra cantina in futuro.. Let's say that the reception is not really the workhorse of the lady who is at the counter (as someone has already written in other reviews, she seems annoyed by the fact that someone comes to disturb ..). Apart from that, decent wine and fair prices. All sufficient reasons to turn to some other winery in the future ..
G	Gianmarco Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente non compro più vino qui da più di 3 anni ma devo assolutamente scrivere una recensione di questa cantina dove mi sono servito parecchio. Tutto sommato non è male però ci sono state alcune occasioni spiacevoli. Una volta ho comprato del vino che veramente sembrava acqua per il colore chiarissimo e per il gusto e grado che non ne aveva (penso che avessero lavato la cisterna e lasciato l'acqua). Un paio di volte comprando del verduzzo in estate appena toglievo il tappo , il vino usciva tutto. (un amico mi ha detto che se succede è perché gasano parecchio il vino) Così ho buttato via molto, molto vino. Ho risolto cambiando cantina dove ciò non mi è più successo. Honestly, I have not bought wine here for more than 3 years but I absolutely have to write a review of this winery where I have served a lot. All in all it's not bad but there have been some unpleasant occasions. Once I bought some wine that really looked like water for its very light color and for the taste and degree it didn't have (I think they had washed the tank and left the water). A couple of times buying Verduzzo in the summer as soon as I removed the cork, the wine came out all. (a friend told me that if it happens it's because they gass the wine a lot) So I threw away a lot, a lot of wine. I solved it by changing the cellar where this no longer happened to me.

Basically I introduced myself and the lady both of our phone calls hanged up after few seconds and mentioning Pronto. I know she heard me. I have to say that the business must be doing very well when they turn down pallet orders with hanging up the phone.
