I think that talking and buying from Alessandro (the owner) was the experience that made the difference of our holiday in the Langhe ... the genuineness, professionalism, humanity and kindness that everyone in life and especially in the short "free time would like to meet .... my husband and I will definitely return to this winery. ?❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cantina in pieno centro a La Morra, antica e raccolta offre una storia importante. I due ragazzi che ci hanno accolto, nonostante la giovane età, sono stati bravissimi a raccontarci il territorio, la cantina e a seguire il vino. Molto piacevole. Consigliata!
Winery in the center of La Morra, ancient and collected, it offers an important history. The two guys who welcomed us, despite their young age, were very good at telling us about the territory, the cellar and following the wine. Very pleasant. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maurizio gave us an informative tour of the wine cellar and told us some history about wine in the region like barolo and barberesco. Costamagna is a small-medium company and their wines are of great quality. He even gave us recommendations on where to go next for more food and wine :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had a small wine tasting here. Despite the good wines and the beautiful spot, I just gave 3 stars. Although Alessandro was a nice guy, it seems that he just told some standard stories. The tastery itself consists of four wines, but we didn't get any explanation about how to taste wines, or have any discussion with the other participants. Questions were answered short and quickly and while tasting the best wine of the Cantina, Alessandro moved to the office.
Please pay some more attention to the participants, explain how wine is made, how to taste and start some discussion about the wines and it is a 5 star tasting!
