Among the hills of the Piceno, in the charming town of Offida, the PS cellar is a project that becomes reality day after day. In the work in the fields scrupulously following every single plant, in the cellar where we continue with curiosity and study to accompany the wine in its development and its maturation, in presenting it to the fans with all its history, intuitions and that pinch of madness that it characterizes us.
