Arrivato alle 11.59 (l'orario di apertura del punto vendita di Azzano X è fino alle 12.30), vedo uscire dalle cantine numerose persone (!). Attendo 2 minuti il mio turno e chiedo, appunto, se mi possono riempire la mia tanica. Apriti cielo, la ragazza chiede al suo responsabile e, con stupore, mi dice che le dispiace ma i cantinieri sono in pausa e non può accontentarmi (sono le 12.02 !!!!!!!!). Faccio presente, senza voler fare polemica gratuita, che l'orario indicato nel cartello all'entrata dice le 12.30 come chiusura. Lei cerca di difendersi ..."si ma il novello lo devono fornire loro, ecc." Non ci sono parole, neanche gli statali meno indefessi si sarebbero comportati così!!!! I have been going to this winery for years to buy their wine. Today I was interested in buying the new one. Arrived at 11.59 (the opening time of the Azzano X store is until 12.30), I see many people (!) Coming out of the cellars. I wait 2 minutes for my turn and ask, in fact, if they can fill my tank. Open up heaven, the girl asks her manager and, with amazement, tells me that she is sorry but the cellarmen are on break and cannot satisfy me (it's 12.02 !!!!!!!!). I would like to point out, without wishing to make free controversy, that the time indicated on the sign at the entrance says 12.30 as closing. She tries to defend herself ... "yes, but they have to provide the new one, etc." There are no words, not even the less indefatigable state officials would have behaved like this !!!!
