Abbiamo passato la giornata a provare il Vino Vicentino, e purtroppo non ci è piaciuto in quanto troppo acido. (Essendo abituati al Recioto veronese è difficile tornare indietro)
A presentare il Vino, i gentilissimi Roberto e Nadia.
Devo dire che il moscato spumante che ci hanno presentato è stato uno dei vini migliori che abbia mai bevuto.
L' odore è deciso ma non invasivo, trasmette un senso di freschezza e di dolcezza fruttata disarmanti.
È bastato un assaggio a convincermi che il vino fosse ottimo.
Prima, un senso di freschezza. Poi l'esplosione del Vino a contatto col palato.
Mentre si è coinvolti nello stato di frizzantezza ed effervescenza del vino, si viene travolti dal sapore dolce e il fruttato strutturato caratterizzante.
Finisce con un ritorno di freschezza e dote dissetante, ideale per passare notti a bere bottiglie intere.
Abbiamo anche assaggiato altro Vino del Nani ed ognuno era molto particolare e mirato ad un determinato target.
Il servizio di Nadia e Roberto è stato di pari passo al sapore del vino.
Complimenti a Nani e complimenti a chi ha svolto il servizio.
Se fossi il datore di lavoro darei un aumento a queste figure professionali e gentili.

I met the Nani winery at the Palio del Vino in Vicenza on 26/09.
We spent the day trying the Vicentino wine, and unfortunately we didn't like it as it was too acidic. (Being used to Veronese Recioto it is difficult to go back)
Presenting the wine, the very kind Roberto and Nadia.
I must say that the sparkling Moscato they presented to us was one of the best wines I have ever drunk.
The smell is strong but not invasive, it conveys a sense of freshness and a disarming fruity sweetness.
A taste was enough to convince me that the wine was excellent.
First, a sense of freshness. Then the explosion of the wine in contact with the palate.
While you are involved in the sparkling and effervescence of the wine, you are overwhelmed by the sweet flavor and the characterizing structured fruitiness.
It ends with a return of freshness and thirst-quenching, ideal for spending nights drinking whole bottles.
We also tasted other Vino del Nani and each was very particular and aimed at a specific target.
The service of Nadia and Roberto was hand in hand with the taste of the wine.
Congratulations to Nani and congratulations to those who performed the service.
If I were the employer I would give these kind and professional figures a raise.
