Siamo stati accolti da uno dei titolari Sergio Martinez, che sebbene l'azienda fosse chiusa per ferie ci ha accolti con grande disponibilità e soprattutto con una passione che trapela durante tutta la visita e la degustazione. Ci ha fatto rivivere la storia del vino Marsala puntualizzando sulla qualità l'utilizzo del prodotto con tutti i possibili abbinamenti gastronomici. La visita alle cantine Martinez è consigliatissima per assaporare già durante la visita e le spiegazioni il sapore e la passione che è riposta in ogni calice di vino Marsala. Winery open for 6 generations now, specializing in the production of Marsala wine. We were welcomed by one of the owners Sergio Martinez, who although the company was closed for holidays, welcomed us with great availability and above all with a passion that transpires throughout the visit and tasting. He made us relive the history of Marsala wine by pointing out the quality of the use of the product with all the possible food combinations. The visit to the Martinez cellars is highly recommended to enjoy the taste and passion that is placed in every glass of Marsala wine during the visit and the explanations.

Abbiamo assaggiato tre tipologie di Marsala e altri due vini liquorosi, accompagnati da arancione, pecorino con pepe, cioccolato fondente e cannoli... tutto ottimo! Ho adorato (e comprato?) il Marsala vergine etichetta blu e il rosso mandorla... buonissimi! ??? Simpatica e coinvolgente la guida! Complimenti davvero!?????? Very very pleasant experience! The guided tour with final tasting is highly recommended! We tasted three types of Marsala and two other fortified wines, accompanied by orange, pecorino with pepper, dark chocolate and cannoli ... all excellent! I loved (and bought?) the virgin Marsala blue label and the almond red ... delicious! ??? Nice and engaging guide! Congratulations indeed! ??????
