Questo è quello che emerso da una personale degustazione . Complimenti veramente buoni ...il pecorino è al top . We often dwell on the taste. But the wine it is also history and often represents the traditions and love with which it is worked. This is what emerged from a personal tasting. L'ambiente è accogliente, la simpatia di Giuseppe e Serena, le delizie che accompagnano la degustazione rendono questa esperienza obbligatoria per chi fa tappa a Genzano. Complimenti! A very pleasant morning spent enjoying excellent wine, obtained thanks to a deep knowledge handed down by centuries of experience (the cellar dates back to 1700) and the innovation given by the young, passionate and above all capable owners. The atmosphere is welcoming, the friendliness of Giuseppe and Serena, the delights that accompany the tasting make this experience mandatory for those who stop in Genzano. Well done!
