Da alcuni anni il nuovo proprietario con passione ed importanti investimenti ha elevato la produzione ed esaltato la qualità dei vini grazie anche alla competenza e professionalità di Riccardo Cotarella, uno dei più importanti enologi italiani, che da sempre cura la produzione aziendale. Non trascurabile anche la produzione di EVO con cultivar Peranzana in evidenza.
Important winery located in the municipality of San Severo in the Coppadoro area of which it took its name. For some years the new owner with passion and important investments has raised the production and enhanced the quality of the wines thanks also to the competence and professionalism of Riccardo Cotarella, one of the most important Italian winemakers, who has always taken care of the company production. The production of EVO with Peranzana cultivars in evidence is also not negligible.
