★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso il cantiere per chiedere informazioni su un lavoro da fare alla mia imbarcazione un pomeriggio verso le 17:30. Trovo la porta aperta, salgo le scale e in ufficio c'era il titolare. Si avvicina alla porta a vetri per aprirmi e mentre si avvicina risponde al telefono e apre la porta. Gli dico che avevo bisogno di un'informazione per un lavoro da fare alla mia barca e lui mi dice che non può parlarmi perchè sta lavorando ed è al telefono. Non mi sembra una risposta ragionevole verso un potenziale cliente. Rispondo abbastanza seccato per il tipo di risposta ricevuta. Mentre me ne vado il titolare scende le scale in ferro, urlando che lui è stato molto educato anche solo a rispondermi, e con evidente collera mi sbatte in faccia il pesante portone di ferro. Tutto questo show difronte a mia moglie al 6 mese di gravidanza incredula e sbigottita. Non so nè saprò mai se sia bravo ad eseguire lavori nautici, ma di sicuro ho capito a chi non affidarmi per i lavori alla mia barca. Per fortuna ci sono tanti altri cantieri dove l'educazione e il rispetto non sono un optional.
 I went to the shipyard to ask about a job to be done on my boat one afternoon around 5:30 pm. I find the door open, go up the stairs and the owner was in the office. He goes to the glass door to open me and as he approaches he answers the phone and opens the door. I tell him I needed information for a job to do on my boat and he tells me he can't talk to me because he's working and he's on the phone. It doesn't seem like a reasonable response to a potential client. I reply quite annoyed at the type of reply received. As I leave the owner goes down the iron stairs, shouting that he was very polite even to answer me, and with evident anger he slams the heavy iron door in my face. All this show in front of my wife at 6 months of incredulous and shocked pregnancy. I don't know nor will I ever know if he is good at doing nautical work, but for sure I understand who not to rely on for the work on my boat. Fortunately, there are many other construction sites where education and respect are not optional.
