Il giorno seguente mi reco di nuovo in store per il cambio. Lo stesso articolo è disponibile solo di una taglia più grande. Decido di provare la taglia più grande ma mi accorgo, prima di provarla, che anche questa camicia è forata. Decido di cambiare articolo, trovo una gonna e una blusa, mentre sto per effettuare il cambio mi rendo conto che anche la blusa è rovinata, presenta delle macchie ed è leggermente stracciata. A quel punto, siccome la gonna senza la blusa per me è inutilizzabile, chiedo il reso dei soldi dato che la merce è difettosa, ma mi viene negato. Morale della favola, ho speso soldi per una gonna di cui non so che fare perché era l'unico capo della mia taglia integro. Trovo assurdo che in una situazione del genere non siano stati restituiti i soldi. Non mi è mai capitato di trovare tanti capi rovinati nello stesso negozio, contando che poi me ne sono dovuta accorgere io. Assurdo!!! Bad experience !!!! I bought a shirt. I arrive home and notice that the shirt is torn in two places. The following day I go back to the store for the change. The same item is only available in a larger size. I decide to try the larger size but I realize, before trying it, that this shirt is also perforated. I decide to change the article, I find a skirt and a blouse, while I am about to make the change I realize that the blouse is also ruined, has stains and is slightly tattered. At that point, since the skirt without the blouse is unusable for me, I ask for the return of the money since the goods are defective, but I am denied it. Moral of the story, I spent money on a skirt that I don't know what to do with because it was the only piece of my size that was intact. I find it absurd that in such a situation the money was not returned. It has never happened to me to find so many ruined garments in the same shop, counting that then I had to notice it myself. Absurd!!!
