★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luca Rondina è un toilettatore bravo ed esperto ma la qualità che lo eleva maggiormente è il tatto, la delicatezza, la cura e l'amore con cui tratta i nostri cani. Vedere la mia Cocker non stressata e stare tranquilla, buona, non lamentarsi mai, non essere agitata, non chiamarmi in cerca di aiuto è quella qualità in più che per me (e per il mio cane) fa la differenza e che rende tutto più bello e consolida il rapporto che ogni giorno coltivo (assieme a mia moglie) con lei.
Finire una seduta da 1h (dopo rasatura interno orecchie e sottozampa, sfoltitura del pelo più il taglio unghie) con il cane che mangia felice uno snack sul banco di lavoro senza fretta e senza lanciarsi di fuori alla prima occasione significa che c'è la giusta alchimia e che il lavoro è stato ottimamente eseguito. Io cerco tutto questo e Luca lo ha saputo fornire ottimamente a noi :-) Lasciamo quindi 5 Stelle e consigliatissimo. Tre felici clienti! :-)
Luca Rondina is a good and expert toilet cleaner but the quality that elevates him most is the touch, delicacy, care and love with which he treats our dogs. Seeing my non-stressed Cocker and being calm, good, never complaining, don't be upset, don't call me for help is that extra quality that for me (and my dog) makes the difference and makes everything more beautiful. and consolidates the relationship that I cultivate every day (together with my wife) with her.
Finishing a 1 hour session (after shaving the inside of the ears and under-paws, thinning the hair plus cutting nails) with the dog happily eating a snack on the workbench without haste and without rushing out at the first opportunity means that there is the right alchemy and that the work was excellently performed. I'm looking for all this and Luca has been able to provide it to us very well :-) We therefore leave 5 Stars and highly recommended. Three happy customers! :-)
