★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fa riunioni condominiali, non vuole convocare assemblee quando invece dovrebbe e ci sono i presupposti, fa ostruzionismo. Da informazioni non corrette studiate "ad-artem" per disincentivare interventi di ristrutturazione semplicemente perchè non vuole lavorare o forse perchè semplicemente non ne ha le capacità..E' risultato che alcuni i resoconti condominiali sono incompleti e non corretti.
