Opening time: From 9am-16pm for file submission and from 14pm-16pm for collection.
Across the airport there is metro/subway anyone can go to the counters ask and buy tickets for βPignetoβ then when you reach there walk to your destination. By the way anyone can travel by bus though it took longer than usual.
