Cura canalare mal svolta che mi ha causato infezione ed estrazione di urgenza del dente presso un altro studio dentistico, che per fortuna si è accorto del danno causato. Non lo consiglio assolutamente. Zero professionalism. Badly done root canal treatment that caused me to have an infection and urgent extraction of the tooth at another dental office, which luckily noticed the damage caused. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Consiglio a tutti una prima visita per pulizia periodica: si capisce subito di essere in buone mani. Non capita spesso di andare volentieri dal dentista... Grazie! Wonderful team of dentists: courtesy and high professionalism. I recommend everyone a first visit for periodic cleaning: you immediately understand that you are in good hands. Successivamente ho chiamato altre due volte e mi sono state informazioni contraddittorie. Leggendo le altre recensioni intuisco che il servizio medico non sia migliore di quello di segreteria. Mi reputo dunque fortunato ad aver optato per altre cliniche. Bad service. The first time I called I was put on hold until the call dropped. I then called two more times and I received contradictory information. Reading the other reviews I guess that the medical service is no better than the secretarial one. I therefore consider myself lucky to have opted for other clinics.

In particolare consiglio il dott. Dissegna molto attento e competente nonostante la giovane età. Per la mia esperienza, ho trovato dei medici troppo sbrigativi nelle cure odontoiatriche. Mi sembra che più che la qualità, sia data precedenza alla quantità. L'igienista mi ha detto che vedeva una piccola carie e un'altra sospetta, pertanto mi ha consigliato di fare una panoramica. Fatto l'esame, mi sono recata con il referto dal mio dentista di fiducia per farmi sistemare le carie e... sorpresa! Mi dice che non ho nessuna carie!!! Preciso che mi rivolgo a Campusalute solo per l'igiene dentale perchè è l'unico centro convenzionato in zona col mio fondo sanitario integrativo e pertanto da loro ho diritto a 2 pulizie dei denti all'anno che mi vengono interamente rimborsate..per tutti gli altri "lavori" resto fedele al mio dentista. Trovo comunque estremamente scorretto e non professionale il comportamento di Campusalute che mi ha consigliato di sottopormi ad un esame non necessario facendomi perdere tempo e soldi. La cosa più vergognosa è stata che quando ho telefonato per richiedere spiegazioni in merito, mi è stato risposto che se ho fiducia solo nel mio dentista è meglio che continui il percorso solo con lui!! Senza parole!!!!!!!!! I went for a dental cleaning 2 weeks ago. The hygienist told me he saw one small cavity and another suspicious one, so he advised me to do an overview. After the exam, I went with the report to my trusted dentist to have my cavities fixed and ... surprise! He tells me that I have no cavities !!! I specify that I turn to Campusalute only for dental hygiene because it is the only affiliated center in the area with my supplementary health fund and therefore I am entitled to 2 dental cleanings per year which are fully reimbursed to me .. for all other "jobs" I remain loyal to my dentist. However, I find Campusalute's behavior extremely unfair and unprofessional as it advised me to undergo an unnecessary exam, making me waste time and money. The most shameful thing was that when I phoned to ask for an explanation about it, I was told that if I only trust my dentist it is better that I continue the path only with him !! Without words!!!!!!!!!
