La mia esperienza è relativa al reparto di riabilitazione neurologica, in regime di ricovero per due mesi (non day hospital, no ortopedia) Fisioterapisti eccellenti, supporto psicologico, infermieri e personale ausiliario che creano un rapporto col paziente. Medici dotati di umanità. Riabilitazione anche con Lokomat. Pulitissimo, cosa non da poco! Excellent structure. My experience is related to the neurological rehabilitation department, in-patient treatment for two months (not outpatient, no orthopedics) Excellent physiotherapists, psychological support, nurses and auxiliary staff who create a relationship with the patient. Doctors with humanity. Rehabilitation also with Lokomat. Very clean, not a small thing!
R	Rinaldi Moscatiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ospedale è sito in una bella posizione vicino il mare, giardini curati e tutto sommato pulito, i problemi si hanno quando si ha a che fare col personale scortesi, scostanti col muso, compreso i medici per esami specialistiche, comunque non tutti, alcuni sono anche eccezionali (del personale intendo). Qualche specialista importante mi ha riferito di fare un intervento in questo l'ospedale per un l'ottimo ortopedico per la protesi all'anca ma ho scelto diversamente visto la cortesia di alcuni che dovrebbero fare un corso di relazioni con il pubblico e servizio clienti. La reception non è una eccezione al difetto, tranne delle signore che realmente rispondono alle domande e dimostrano un po di empatia verso i problemi del paziente. Comunque con una migliore amministrazione è un poco di umanità, cortesia, meno cafonaggine e un disponibilità verso i pazienti, sarebbe un posto ideale. Hospital is located in a beautiful position near the sea, well-kept gardens and all in all clean, problems arise when dealing with unfriendly, unfriendly staff, including doctors for specialist examinations, however not all, some are also exceptional (of the staff I mean). Some important specialists told me to do an operation in this hospital for an excellent orthopedist for hip replacement but I chose differently given the courtesy of some who should take a course in relations with the public and customer service. However with a better administration it is a little humanity, courtesy, less boorishness and an availability towards patients, it would be an ideal place.

Ricoverata il giorno 11agosto dopo tre settimane di degenza ospedaliera quindi aveva bisogno di una doccia purtroppo dopo cinque giorni di degenza in questa struttura senza poterla vedere causa ordinanza covid mia mamma ha avuto delle complicanze respiratorie ed è stata ricoverata all'ospedale di eboli dove ci siamo accorti che non gli era stato fatto nemmeno una doccia è arrivata in ospedale in condizioni pietose abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla capo sala e ci ha detto che aveva la prenotazione per essere pulita la domenica successiva purtroppo mia mamma alla domenica successiva non è arrivata. Servizio pessimo personale pessimo. Poorly trained staff, had a bad experience with my mom. L'addetto alla reception non risponde e continua per alcuni minuti a digitare sul computer poi stancamente si ricorda senza alcuna cordialità che un signore di 65 anni stava aspettando un cenno di riscontro. Sono assolutamente sbalordito o meglio non riesco a trovare le parole per quanto successo in una struttura sanitaria. I enter the structure greeting "Good evening". The receptionist does not answer and continues to type on the computer for a few minutes then wearily remembers without any cordiality that a 65-year-old man was waiting for a nod. I am absolutely amazed or rather I cannot find the words for what has happened in a healthcare facility.

M	Maria Vangone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sempre si ha la fortuna di incontrare degli angeli! A me è successo. I miei angeli hanno un nome, un cognome e una divisa bianca (con strisce di vari colori): sono gli infermieri professionali, gli ausiliari e gli addetti alle pulizie del terzo piano del Campolongo Hospital di Pontecagnano (SA), senza dimenticare l’equipe medica e la caposala! Tutti, con la loro professionalità e gentilezza, hanno fatto sì che la mia degenza presso questa efficiente struttura fosse più “indolore” possibile. Sono stata ricoverata dal 23 marzo al 7 maggio 2021, in epoca Covid, senza poter ricevere visite dall’esterno, eppure non mi sono mai sentita sola o triste, perché i miei angeli mi hanno assistita alla perfezione. Non ho mai ricevuto una parola che non fosse gentile oppure uno sgarbo. Un grazie specialissimo va a tutti i fisioterapisti che mi hanno letteralmente “rimessa al mondo”. Con la loro professionalità e tecnica all’avanguardia hanno fatto sì che il mio percorso riabilitativo fosse rapido, efficace e indolore. Un grazie particolare a Rosa Casella, artefice primaria del mio recupero, e a Luigi Santaniello che, per un breve periodo, l’ha sostituita. Come non ricordare, poi, Don Vincenzo, Cappellano della Struttura, che ci ha nutriti spiritualmente con le sue catechesi chiare e profonde. Dal sacro al profano, voglio dedicare un pensiero riconoscente anche a Francesco, il barman, che ci deliziava con le sue leccornie. Non finirò mai di ringraziare tutti, tutti, tutti. Vi porterò per sempre nel mio cuore! You are not always lucky enough to meet angels! It happened to me. My angels have a name, a surname and a white uniform (with stripes of various colors): they are the professional nurses, auxiliaries and cleaners of the third floor of the Campolongo Hospital in Pontecagnano (SA), without forgetting the team doctor and the head nurse! Everyone, with their professionalism and kindness, made my stay at this efficient facility as “painless” as possible. I was hospitalized from 23 March to 7 May 2021, during the Covid era, without being able to receive visitors from the outside, yet I never felt alone or sad, because my angels assisted me perfectly. I have never received a word that was not kind or rude. A very special thanks goes to all the physiotherapists who literally "put me back into the world". With their cutting-edge professionalism and technique, they ensured that my rehabilitation process was quick, effective and painless. Special thanks to Rosa Casella, primary architect of my recovery, and to Luigi Santaniello who replaced her for a short time. How can we forget, then, Don Vincenzo, Chaplain of the Structure, who nourished us spiritually with his clear and profound catechesis.
