Un luogo di aggregazione e sfogo, in una realtà di una certa importanza quale Adrano, non può e non deve tollerare l'incuria in cui imperversa tutta la struttura. Scarsa la pulizia, quasi completamente inutilizzabili le graziose aree giochi nate per i bambini danneggiate da scarsi interventi di ordinaria manutenzione e spregiudicati atti di vandalismo, pericolosi anche i viali frequentati da mezzi a motore che non potrebbero circolare in una villa, con la complicità dei custodi volutamente distratti difronte ad abusi di ragazzetti del luogo. In poche un bel posto ma mal gestito da personale ed amministratori. I put only one star, not because the communal garden is ugly but because of the scarce maintenance attention of the same.
