Oggi, un'ora prima di andare, ho riguardato la prenotazione per verifica, ed era tutto ok. Una volta arrivati al campo, la persona addetta alla segreteria ci ha comunicato un prezzo diverso (52 euro + 4 euro per il noleggio racchetta). Hanno evidentemente cambiato il prezzo poco prima che arrivassimo al campo, sia nel gestionale online che nel registro cartaceo delle prenotazioni (ho visto io stesso che hanno usato il bianchetto e sovrascritto il nuovo prezzo a penna sopra). Una volta che abbiamo fatto presente tutto alla persona addetta alla segreteria, ci è stato detto che quei prezzi non erano più in vigore e non poteva farci nulla, che il prezzo era quello attualmente indicato. Nonostante un nostro invito al buon senso e appunto sottolineando la chiara scorrettezza di questo genere di comportamento, la persona non ha voluto accettare le nostre ragioni. Non contesto il prezzo basso o alto, ma la assoluta assenza di serietà. Per questione di principio siamo andati via e abbiamo prenotato in un altro campo. I booked a padel field days ago on booking.com at a price of 36 euros + 3 euros for racket hire. Today, an hour before leaving, I checked the reservation for verification, and everything was ok. Once arrived at the camp, the person in charge of the secretariat communicated us a different price (52 euros + 4 euros for the racket rental). They have evidently changed the price just before we arrived at the camp, both in the online management system and in the paper book register (I myself saw that they used the whitebait and overwrote the new pen price above). Once we mentioned everything to the person in charge of the secretariat, we were told that those prices were no longer in effect and could do nothing, that the price was the one currently indicated. Despite our call for common sense and precisely emphasizing the clear incorrectness of this kind of behavior, the person did not want to accept our reasons. I don't context the low or high price, but the absolute absence of seriousness. As a matter of principle we left and booked in another field.
