Working out at night here is one of the most relaxing things you can do (at least for me). Good maintenance, everything clean and in order. Five deserved stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un luogo ideale per fare attività sportiva. Molte persone vanno li a correre, c'è un percorso delineato che fa da perimetro alla pista di atletica. Ci sono anche delle attrezzature per fare esercizi. Il tutto circondato da molto verde.
An ideal place to do sports. Many people go there to run, there is a path outlined that acts as a perimeter to the athletics track. There are also exercise equipment. All surrounded by lots of greenery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da anni un punto fermo dell'attività fisica cosentina, un piccolo polmone verde in mezzo alla città. Correre ed allenarsi in tranquillità e allegria, qui, viene naturale. Uniche pecche sono la pista molto usurata e sicuramente da rifare e la scarsità di attrezzature per salto in alto e in lungo. Se si riparasse il tutto, sarebbe da 5 stelle.
For years a staple of physical point of Cosenza, a small green area in the middle of the city. Running and train in peace and happiness, here, comes naturally. The only flaws are the very worn and definitely redone track and the lack of equipment for high and long leaps. If you repaired everything, it would be 5 stars.
