Dopo oltre un mese dall'ordine ricevo parte di quanto richiesto. Dopo ripetute richieste di notizie sul mio ordine continuo ad avere promesse di informazioni mai arrivate. Dopo aver chiesto espressamente di capire se arriveranno o meno i ricambi telefonicamente, visto che non ricevevo più risposte per mail, continuo ad avere uniche risposte "lunedì la informo se effettivamente le arriveranno le cose o meno". Tanti lunedì sono passati e solo delusione. Sulla mail accenno di un mese proprio per perdita della cognizione di tempo infatti la data sulla mail fa notare che i mesi passati sono 3 fino all'ultima richiesta tramite mail e 5 fino ad ora. Dopo tutto continuo a non sapere se riceverò o meno le cose da me richieste. Grossa delusione! Non richiamano MAI, sono io a chiamare tutti i giorni per essere sempre rimbalzato. E' un comportamento al limite della truffa. Aperta controversia PayPal. Non comprate. EMBARASSING!!! Sono 3 mesi che hanno ricevuto un pagamento di arrotolatori, che non mi hanno mai consegnato. Sono 2 mesi che chiamo tutte le settimane per un rimborso di 122€ e ogni settimana mi dicono che mi faranno il rimborso, ma ad oggi niente. Of the scammers par excellence. Ho comprato un contenitore per contatore ENEL e quando BARTOLINI me lo ha consegnato era ROTTO in diversi punti. Probabilmente per una confezione mal fatta o per negligenza del corriere. Una volta contattato il fornitore mi ha risposto che non può fare nulla e che mi devo tenere il prodotto così com'è! Secondo loro avrei dovuto accettare dal corriere il prodotto con riserva! INCREDIBILE! Non rispettano per niente i 14 giorni di restituzione ai quali un utente ha diritto per gli acquisti on line. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE! This company has proven to BE A COMPANY TO AVOID!
