β β β β β This was definitely the best campsite we have ever stayed. There is a direct acess to the lake with a private beach. We went there every day. The place is really very shady and the faciilites are very clean and pratical. We enjoyed the showers with direct acess from outside. There is a restaurant, a pizzeria and a supermarket with a nice timetable (it was open until 10 pm!), which was very useful for us. It is a nice hub to visit Roma. The campsite provides a bus every morning to the train station of Bracciano and from there is is about 45 min to Rome. And , the most important, the staff who was very helpful and nice, especally Alessandra, the owner, who helped us with a problem we had with our car. Highly reccommended!

β β β β β The campsite is ok but: -
in the toilets is no toilet paper
-it is also no soap available. Both the customer has to take with himself
- that electricity costs extra I know from other campsites but this limits the power to 600 watts. You can upgrade for an extra fee to 1200watt which is still not enough for example a hair dryer (2500watt) or kettle (2200watt)
-also hot water is limited and it is "absolutely forbidden" to take with for example to cook -the toilets are dirty and the workers not friendly
We will decently not come again

β β β β β A camping nearby the beautiful city of Bracciano and close to Rome.
Basic camping situated at the lake which gives the well deserved refreshment.
Absolute must-have must-do is eating pizza in the restaurant. Heaven!!!

β β β β β A wonderful place to camp and relax during the summer. This place is very affordable just costing 16β¬ for two persons per night if you have your own tent! It's just 45kms from Rome, can be travelled by train in 1hr 30mins. And the site is just 1.4km away from the Bracciano Railway station.

β β β β β This is a very special place . The campsite is spacious and shaded by mature trees. The lake is beautiful for swimming and fishing. It is a good place to enjoy nature, wildlife and birds . The bar is uniquely designed by artists and the staff are always friendly and efficient . The food is excellent, the pizzas inspiring . I have visited every year for the past ten years with my husband and our family and friends have had very happy holidays here. It is a very pleasant place to come back to after a hot day in Rome or exploring the sites of historic interest around. If you enjoy a natural, peaceful place with good food you would give this site five stars.

β β β β β Green camping spot off the main attractions. We had a quiet night and paid a total of 20β¬ for 2 persons.
Direct access to a small beach. Restrooms were ok.
The waking way to the castle was a bit off the track.

β β β β β Stayed here for β¬11/night for 2 people + tent(3 nights min stay).
Thereβs a free shuttle bus from the castle (walking distance from bracciano station) that stops close to the camping site but be cautious, the schedule is not always accurate. We werenβt informed about this and had to hitchhike back to the campsite at around 9pm because the last shuttle decided not to come(also, total pitch dark road at night, not safe for walking).
Avoid staying in Area D during weekends as it can be noisy at night (loud music, sailing club right next to the area). If youβre lucky, you will also get a nice wake up alarm at 3am from a kind rooster.
Fair price, hot shower available, didnβt connect to wifi so canβt comment on the efficiency. Iβd recommend hopping over to the next beach outside the campsite. A long strip of lake beach for you to explore.
Thereβs a pizzeria in the campsite. If they serve mele & gorgonzala pizza that day, YOU HAVE TO TRY IT. I wish I can rate the pizzeria separately because itβs definitely a 5 star.
Iβll see you in my dreams, apple & gorgonzola pizza.

β β β β β Do not stay here over a weekend! EVERY Saturday night there is VERY loud music...not a small disco level, we are talking festival volume!!! We were not advised of this when checking in and it went on until nearly 1am. You have to book for three nights minimum if you want to be near the lake. We left a day early because of no sleep and were refused a refund for the last night. The receptionist didn't even apologise she just said it's not their fault for the music. The Manager who is a tall big guy was VERY intimidating and told us 'You will pay the money". We were happy to pay for two out of three nights but they absolutely refused a refund for the last night.
The showers smell of mould and are dingy and were barely warm. The campsite is generally tired and run down. The only thing nice about it was the view over the lake and the bar man was friendly and helpful. Needs alot of improvements. We feel this a fair assessment and review.
