Prima di procedere all'acquisto avevo richiesto esplicitamente se confermavano quella misura. Ho contattato tramite WhatsApp e mi è stato dichiarato che il negozio era chiuso il sabato quando io avevo detto di esserci stato il venerdì e inoltre che il negozio era chiuso da mesi, peccato che non avevano aggiornato gli orari sulla pagina di Google, come se per andare a visitare un negozio fosse necessario andare a cena con il proprietario o i suoi amici. Non contento ho voluto provare ad acquistare lo stesso sul sito, l'articolo è arrivato rotto con pacco che a parte piccole botte, ma soprattutto dalla parte della rotture era perfetto. Qui mi sono praticamente preso del deficiente perché non ho ritirato con riserva specifica, cosa impossibile visto che il corriere scelto da loro mi ha lasciato il pacco fuori dal cancello, non ho fatto l'assicurazione personale, cosa che non mi è stata proposta in fase di acquisto. Il prodotto era una parete bagno dal prezzo importante e non sono stati nemmeno in grado di fissare il vetro scorrevole superiore che ad ogni movimento del pacco si sentiva sbattere da una parte all'altra.
