- Showers are definitely not ok to wash hair, you can control the pressure and temperature very purely...
- camp is pretty small and each camper has exactly the amount of place to park, so you hear your neighbors all the time (and in the night 3 babies crying...)
- cold water for washing dishes
- internet / showers cost extra

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camping Gardenia is a great campsite for everybody who loves a well-organized, clean, not-so-big place with a very nice owner-family! It’s perfectly situated in Domaso, some camp spots have even a nice lake-view. The sanitary station is simple, clean and modern. The reception is also a nice Café/shop where you get good cappuccino, breakfast and great brioche/ croissants. Also try the ham and mortadella, which you can buy there as well. The reception is open until 10 p.m. which is fantastic if you get stuck in traffic as we did. If you like watersports, Domaso is THE destination at lake Como. Park you Campervan/ mobile home at camping gardenia, take a 3-minutes walk at the lake towards soul surfer windsurf center and get your board/SUP there. It’s all in one place!
We definitely plan to come back to camping gardenia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw this camping via via a site recommending this one so far not disappointed. Very nice camping so far. Very nice and kind staff, all speak English good. Sanitary is clean and smells fresh. Drinks are payable, love the Aperol Sprits so good! The view is breathtaking. Camping spots and camper places also very good, still place to sit down with chair and table. Quiet camping, friendly people everywhere. I do recommend this camping, not expensive for what you get. Love it here so far, I am half day here now, will be more than 1,5 half day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right by the lake with excellent facilities for mountain bikers, windsurfers etc. Also good for families too. There's a very nice veranda bar and the facilities (toilets, showers, washing up etc.) are very new, clean and accessible. What I like too is that the staff are really friendly and speak English (and German) which really helps. I can happily recommend this campsite! Check with them but I think they are dog friendly. Great location, lovely hosts, 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great camping with clean facilities, well maintained camping spots and fresh bread in the camping shop every morning. Also ice cream and cold beverages can be ordered in the restaurant. The camping is directly located at the Como lake. There is a grass beach, but closer and within the water there are small pebbles. Overall a great experience.
