diciamo in ristrutturazione, ma in realtà il processo di disfacimento è più veloce di quello di ristrutturazione... forse il proprietario è a corto di liquidità...
Peccato perché sarebbe collocato in un posto bellissimo... se c'è qualcuno che può disporre di 500.000 € magari lo compra e lo riapre... dovrebbe ammortizzare la spesa in 15-20 anni.
