★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is ok as a transitional stopover. Other than being very afordable it does not ofer much. The bathrooms are exceptable but not if you are looking for spotless. There is a very nice restaurant that seems to get quite a bit of traffic. There is also a swimming pool though the management requires you to ware a swimming cap. There is a decent size supermark within walking distance, also a train station with good connections to Varenna, where you can catch a ferry to Menaggio and Bellaggio.

I Ride Moto Guzzi from the UK and this is the Birth place , the factory is Just down the road.
New this year a super market near by the camp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good camping! Friendly and helpfull owner! Prices are super! Location is good (close to supermarket and close to public beach). Toilets and showers are clean and free. Restaurant serves good food for a decent price. Good camping to stay when visiting the mountains or just to enjoy the lake. Also suitable for longer stays. Would recommend! Thanx!

The owner is really nice, all the time taking care for camp and guests.
