D	David Stallwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here to watch the Giro d’Italia 2019 stage 13 which finished 10km up the mountain pass. This made this camp site an ideal location to base ourselves. In terms of the hosts I can’t say enough about how kind, welcoming, friendly and generous they are! Danilo and his Mum put on a fabulous Charcuterie board with extra plates (savoury and sweet) which are clearly freshly made and simply delicious! The facilities in the camp site are good, with hot showers, plenty of sinks and a nice restaurant/bar. There are also a number of cheap restaurants and bars nearby if you want a change of scenery. All in all, highly recommend.
A	Alex Shortt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I stayed in a POD and it was excellent. It was very clean with no ants and close to hiking without having to drive anywhere. I would just be aware to bring all your food with you as the mini market close by has a very limited selection and we could not find a bank close to the campground. we did ask for help but the language barrier prevent us from being successful. There is a resturant close to the campsite which was quite nice. Think of the POD as a permanent very nice tent!

When we arrived the guy at the reception was very rude and refused us without a reservation even though it seemed like there is still space for a family tent. When I asked why they never answer the phone or why they do not respond to emails he simply responded with disregard saying that he doesn’t have time to discuss this.

The facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean and helpful, friendly owners Fluent English spoken and a terrific cold plate served. I would happily have spent the summer there!

Remarkably clean and tasteful installations, full of authenticity, quality and local flair, surrounded by pure almost untouched nature. The staff is exceptional: polite, helpful and flexible. They go above and beyond for the people on their campsite. It clearly shows that the owners have a yearslong commitment to nature, without forgetting about the modern comfort. All in all, I can only recommend it! PS: all the Covid-19 restrictions are being 100% respected. Funny enough, in a place like this it's easy to forget there even is a pandemic :)

The bar serves a delicious tagliere. Everything is clean and our tent spot was perfectly maintained. From the campsite you can start several great hikes. A big thank you to Danilo and his mother!
M	Marie Schäfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for three nights. It is a very beautiful place with even more beautiful surroundings (the mountains and a little river which lulls you to sleep). We came by train and bus from Turin/Rivarolo. It was possible to make a fire which was very nice because in September the nights start to become a little chilly here, especially if you sleep in a tent. In the morning the host prepared us a very good cappuccino. It is an ideal place to start your hikes from. All in all we were very happy to have chosen this place! :)
