 For a night if necessary, for camping no. The nice thing is, there is a worth seeing old town that invites for walks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise expérience. Le camping est occupé majoritairement par des locaux, les enfants se considèrent chez eux et dérangent volontairement les voyageurs. Toutes les places ombragées sont réservées à ces fameux locaux. Les responsables nous ont donné deux prix différents de la veille au lendemain. En lisant ce commentaire vous avez encore la chance de ne pas faire le mauvais choix en vous y rendant.
Bad experience. The campsite is mainly occupied by locals, children consider themselves at home and deliberately disturb travelers. All the shaded places are reserved for these famous premises. The managers gave us two different prices overnight. By reading this comment you still have the chance not to make the wrong choice by going there.

Very nice surrounded by greenery, leaving the campsite you find yourself on the sea show I recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient for beautiful old town which is a short walk away. The campsite is run down. There are many old permanent caravans which I would think make the site crowded in high season. Toilets poor and I would not use showers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent three nights while camping near the fence. Fence is ugly, but the sea is thirty meters away. Campeggio is pretty chaotic, lots of locals that imagine they are having a vacation here, so they have their homes transferred from nearby little towns to tents attached to camping vans. TV sets, little yards under canopies, kitchens on the open air, flowers in pots. Very few real tourists, but I didn't mind. It was excellent base for visiting lots of sites in the region, even Matera. Agreeable little bar (well, which little bar in Italy is not agreeable), capuccio in the morning, small shop - who could ask for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most expensive off season camp site we have encountered in our tour of Italy. €38 for a pitch, 2 adults with 3 children for one night. Facilities poor and most of the campsite filled with semi derilict caravans. Local area for a stroll not much better with bags of rubbish piled high and broken glass bottles. On the positive staff friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Apulia. This Place has a directly view to the mare. Comes throug a rosty fence. Beautiful is NOT that thing. Otherwise you have the choice to take over next campingplace. No view, public beach is only little better than here. But you will have no wind in the campground. So better you enjoy this place. Sorry no better things to tell.
