★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo in vacanza a Viterbo, abbiamo avuto un problema con il frigo, non funzionava più con il gas, giunti in officina, immediatamente il camper è stato sottoposto a controllo e in quindici minuti risolto il problema. Una gentilezza infinita e una competenza eccezionale. Abbiamo inoltre trovato un market fornitissimo anche di parti tecniche a volte introvabili. Ringraziamo ancora lo staff per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità.

 We were on holiday in Viterbo, we had a problem with the fridge, it no longer worked with gas, when we reached the workshop, the camper was immediately checked and the problem was solved in fifteen minutes. Infinite kindness and exceptional competence. We have also found a market well stocked with technical parts that are sometimes unavailable. We thank the staff again for their welcome and availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo di passaggio in vacanza , ci siamo rivolti a Camperteam per un problema improvviso all’impianto dell’acqua. Si sono subito occupati del nostro guasto pur senza appuntamento , si sono prodigati per reperire il pezzo di ricambio fatto arrivare da un’altra sede ed il giorno dopo hanno risolto tutto consentendoci di continuare serenamente il viaggio! Oltre alla competenza , professionalità e disponibilità fuori dal comune ci hanno anche accompagnato a Viterbo ! Il tutto a un prezzo super onesto ! Bravi bravi bravi e grazie ancora !
We were passing through on vacation, we turned to Camperteam for a sudden problem with the water system. They immediately took care of our breakdown even without an appointment, they did their utmost to find the spare part that had arrived from another location and the next day they solved everything, allowing us to continue the journey peacefully! In addition to the competence, professionalism and availability out of the ordinary, they also accompanied us to Viterbo! All at a super fair price! Good good good and thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officina efficiente, grande professionalità’ , rapidita’ di intervento e cortesia. hanno risolto un grave problema al mio carthago senza far cadere nulla dall’alto, presentandomi un conto spese più che onesto. Michela e Valentina hanno coordinato il tutto dal desk e hanno fatto in modo che le ore passate in attesa della riparazione fossero addirittura piacevoli.
Che dire…ho trovato finalmente l’assistenza che le concessionarie (blasonate) non mi avevano mai dato.

Efficient workshop, great professionalism, speed of intervention and courtesy. they solved a serious problem with my carthago without dropping anything from above, presenting me with a more than honest expense account. Michela and Valentina coordinated everything from the desk and made sure that the hours spent waiting for the repair were even pleasant.
What can I say ... I finally found the assistance that the (famous) dealerships had never given me.

I also found some specific accessories who are always needed on a road trip in a van that we couldnt find it before in Italy :) i recieved some precious information about the camping gaz we have on board. thanks you again

After two weeks of searching we finally found a place that was able to fill up our gasbottle.
You can swap the italian bottles 30€ for a 20L bottle, but they were even able to fill up our french bottle. Just 20€ for a 10Kg bottle (not completely full).
Excellent and friendly service.
You can also buy other things for camper vans.
