★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li contattai, tempo fa, per un lavoro di sostituzione di un componente di un impianto, acquistato proprio da loro. Non mi risolsero il problema e mi fecero pagare la chiamata ad un prezzo eccessivo, visto che l'operaio non fece assolutamente niente. Ovviamente mi hanno perso come cliente.
I contacted them, some time ago, for a job of replacing a component of a plant, purchased by them. They did not solve the problem and made me pay the call at an excessive price, since the worker did absolutely nothing. Obviously they lost me as a customer.
