★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un'area di sosta comoda, silenziosa ben organizzata con le colonnine dell'elettricità e acqua potabile nella propria piazzola.
Non ho trovato eccezionale la zona del camper service in quanto lo scarico delle acque grigie e nere sono tutte tutti nello stesso punto quindi poco igienico a mio parere.
Facile da raggiungere e con la possibilità di visitare Venezia grazie ai mezzi che passano lì accanto.
 A comfortable rest area, quiet, well organized with electricity columns and drinking water in its own pitch.
I did not find the area of the camper service to be exceptional, since the discharge of gray and black waters are all all in the same place, so it is unhygienic in my opinion.
Easy to reach and with the possibility of visiting Venice thanks to the vehicles that pass nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questa area di sosta per capodanno. Anche se un po' fuori Venezia è molto ben collegata con la tramvia raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti. Piazzole grandi con elettricità ed acqua potabile, personale attento e molto disponibile, ottima! Ci torneremo.
We stayed in this area for New Year's Eve. Although a little outside Venice it is very well connected with the tramway that can be reached on foot in about ten minutes. Large pitches with electricity and drinking water, attentive and very helpful staff, excellent! We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Area dotata di tutto,comodissima per visitare Venezia (stazione a pochi minuti a piedi e I biglietti si trovano direttamente in area sosta) e soprattutto gestori gentilissimi e disponibilissimi..danno un sacco di consigli su luoghi e itinerari! A 200 metri dall'area sosta c'è un lidl,bar,pasticceria...tutto quello che serve!! In più possibilità di ordinare pizza e grigliate di carne direttamente in area!! Consigliata a chi vuole tranquillità e comoditá!!
Area equipped with everything perfect for visiting Venice (the station a few minutes walk away and tickets are located directly in the staging area) and especially kind managers and disponibilissimi..danno lots of tips on places and routes! At 200 meters from the stop there is a lidl, bars, bakery ... all it takes !! In addition possibility to order pizza and grilled meat directly in the area !! Recommended for those who want tranquility and comfort !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Electricity and water at each pitch. Tram to Venice 15 mins walk and 1,50€ fare. Easy to miss the entrance as not very well signposted! 15€ night. Not very busy! Well secured and friendly welcome in Italian only ?
