★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very bad experience. They start work at 9 am, but all tourists were asked to come 20 min. before. We were here at 8.36. We tried to call, no answer. I wrote the message after 40 min, that we are leaving. Then i received message with coordinates. We went and said that we waited for an hour with children and it was not easy. The guy told, that we creating problems, and he can cancel the resevation, if we want. No sorry, no discount, just go away!
