★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il campanile del tempio di S.Fortunato è il simbolo per eccellenza della città di Todi: da qualsiasi strada si arrivi, da valle lo si vede svettare in cima al colle. Si tratta di una altissima costruzione quattrocentesca, quadrandolare, rafforzata sui lati da losanghe e caratterizzata da finestre a tutto sesto. L'apice della torre è sormontata da un'imponente cuspide piramidale.All'interno del tempio, sulla navata di sinistra, pagando un biglietto di ingresso di 2 €, e'possibile salire a piedi attraverso una scala e raggiungere la cella campanaria, sotto la cuspide e ammirare un panorama mozzafiato a 360 gradi.
The bell tower of the temple of San Fortunato is the symbol par excellence of the city of Todi: from any road you arrive, from the valley you can see it soar at the top of the hill. It is a very high fifteenth-century building, quadrandolare, reinforced on the sides by lozenges and characterized by round windows. The apex of the tower is surmounted by an imposing pyramidal spire. Inside the temple, on the left aisle, paying an entrance ticket of € 2, it is possible to climb on foot through a staircase and reach the belfry, below the cusp and admire a breathtaking 360 degree panorama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si salgono scale strette su archi rampanti appoggiati su quattro enormi pilastri d'angolo. Dalla cima una vista mozzafiato sulla città e la campagna circostante. Visitato in una giornata molto ventosa. Esperienza da fare assolutamente. Prezzo del biglietto 2 Euro. Si visita in gruppetti di max 4 persone alla volta (forse causa Covid19)
Climb narrow stairs on flying buttresses resting on four enormous corner pillars. From the top a breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding countryside. Visited on a very windy day. Experience to do absolutely. Ticket price 2 Euros. You visit in groups of max 4 people at a time (perhaps due to Covid19)
