Pipitone da parte della dott.ssa (anzi prof.ssa) Maria Ammaturo che, in virtu' degli studi anche psicologici fatti, ha validi motivi di affermare che quando ci sono fin troppi punti interrogativi e quando le cose non sono chiare, gatta ci cova. Provare per credere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo contattato quest'associazione per fornire assistenza al mio anziano suocero a tempo indeterminato. Il presidente ci aveva garantito due persone qualificate che coprissero turni di ventiquattr'ore a testa. Una badante si è distinta per aver sbagliato gli orari delle terapie, non ha rispettato le indicazioni della dieta, si è comportata in maniera scorbutica e ha trascurato l'igiene personale dell'assistito, per non parlare della casa lasciata in condizioni di sporcizia inaccettabile. L'altra badante non esisteva, dato che ci hanno mandato a casa in due giorni diversi due signore tutt'altro che intenzionate a svolgere il servizio, né testate in precedenza dall'agenzia. Un tipo di assistenza tutt'altro che professionale, tant'è vero che abbiamo tempestivamente interrotto il rapporto con l'agenzia, temendo che la salute dell'anziano potesse essere compromessa. Da notare che le cinque stelle dell'altra recensione sono state messe dalla segretaria dell'agenzia.
We contacted this association to provide assistance to my elderly father-in-law for an indefinite period. The president had guaranteed us two qualified people who covered round-the-clock shifts each. A caregiver distinguished herself for having mistaken the schedules of the therapies, did not respect the indications of the diet, behaved in a surly manner and neglected the personal hygiene of the patient, not to mention the house left in unacceptable dirty conditions. The other caregiver did not exist, as two ladies were sent home on two different days, who were not willing to perform the service, nor previously tested by the agency. A type of assistance that is anything but professional, so much so that we promptly broke off the relationship with the agency, fearing that the health of the elderly could be compromised. Note that the five stars of the other review were placed by the agency secretary.
