★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato il geometra in data 4 aprile 2018 ed ho inviato mail con misure e foto allegate onde ricevere il preventivo per l'applicazione della poliurea sul terrazzo.
Lunedì 9 aprile 2018 ho telefonato la ditta in modo da ricevere aggiornamenti data la mancanza di risposta tramite mail. Il centralinista mi ha gentilmente informato che avrebbe parlato col geometra.
Ad oggi 13 aprile 2018 non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Se questo è l'inizio posso immaginare cosa possa accadere nel post-vendita o in caso di urgente necessità.
Comunicazione totalmente da rivedere.
I called the surveyor on April 4, 2018 and I sent email with measurements and photos attached to receive a quote for the application of the polyurea on the terrace.
Monday 9 April 2018 I phoned the company in order to receive updates given the lack of response by email. The switchboard operator kindly informed me that he would speak to the surveyor.
To date, April 13, 2018 I have not received any response. If this is the beginning I can imagine what can happen in the after-sales or in case of urgent need.
Communication totally to be reviewed.
