★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE, azienda non assolutamente seria, anzi negozietto mi vien da dire vista la NEGATIVISSIMA ESPERIENZA. Io cliente chiedo un pezzo di ricambio portando il libretto del veicolo, loro ordinano il pezzo, lascio acconto più della metà dell’importo, arriva il pezzo lo ritiro sadando il resto, il pezzo è sbagliato, torno glielo comunico.....e loro: mi dispiace deve ordinare un altro pezzo E LO DEVE RIPAGARE, ? la mia faccia ( erano passate circa 48ore dal ritiro con week end di mezzo). Si avete letto bene per loro dovevi ricomprare il pezzo, questo pur avendo sbagliato nell’ordinare lo stesso, perché Non hanno sistemi aggiornati e lo sbaglio lo imputano al cliente, e parlando con altre persone non sono stato l’unico ad avere avuto questo problema. Suggerisco di andare in altri punti di ricambio certamente più seri ed efficienti. X loro la priorità è NON SODDISFARE IL CLIENTE.

I client ask for a spare part carrying the vehicle booklet, they order the piece, I leave more than half of the amount down payment, the piece arrives, I withdraw it saddling the rest, the piece is wrong, I return it to him ..... and them: I'm sorry, you have to order another piece AND YOU MUST REPAY IT, faccia my face (it had been about 48 hours since the half week end retreat). Yes, you read that right, you had to buy the piece again, this despite having made a mistake in ordering the same, because they have no updated systems and they are wrong to attribute it to the customer, and talking to other people I was not the only one to have had this problem . I suggest going to other certainly more serious and efficient spare parts. X their priority is NOT TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER.
