★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili al momento dell'acquisto, molto meno quando gli attrezzi non funzionano. Ho acquistato una trivella pagata a caro prezzo perché secondo loro poteva essere montata su un escavatore di 200 quintali. Io l'ho usata su un 15 quintali ed al primo foro si è distrutta la punta perché mi è stata data una punta da motorino a scoppio manuale. Ho acquistato una buona non da loro ed al decimo foro si è spaccato tutto il motore idraulico perché fatto senza criterio. La punta è stata attaccata direttamente al motore. Risultato finale; tutto smaltito dallo sfascia carrozze. In bocca al lupo per eventuali acquisti. Un altro consoglio: se dovete contestare qualcosa, per irritarvi di meno, chiedete del signor Campanelli. Le centraliniste sono molto scortesi e scontrose.
Very kind when buying, much less when the tools don't work. I bought an auger for a high price because according to them it could be mounted on an excavator weighing 200 quintals. I used it on a 15 quintals and at the first hole the tip was destroyed because I was given a tip from a manual petrol engine. I bought a good one not from them and at the tenth hole the whole hydraulic motor broke because it was done without criteria. The tip was attached directly to the engine. Final results; all disposed of by the wrecker of carriages. Good luck for any purchases. Another advice: if you have to dispute something, to irritate yourself less, ask for Mr. Campanelli. The receptionists are very rude and surly.
